WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUT I WILL BE DOING?

 

HIGH INTENSITY / STRENGTH BODYWEIGHT & DUMBELLS

A combination of both the above styles will have your heart beating moving the blood & oxygen around your body with body weight & dumbell exercises for 25 minutes.  

 

We are also looking to build muscle & strong bones!

We work at all levels from Beginner to Advanced.  Young & Older!  Everyone!  There is a WORKOUT FOR YOU!

 

We can utilise your home furniture - a chair, the wall or a coffee table to assist us get the best from what you have available at home.  If you have some weights at home you can use these with some of the workouts.
