Just wanted to put it out there that it doesn't matter what size you are or if you feel "too old" - Reformer Pilates is the real deal. Tracey and her team are always mindful of your strengths and possible weaknesses. I have injuries from falls and a sporting injury but the team are always ensuring the exercises they are setting are manageable- if not they change it to suit you.
The lovely people I have met and do the classes with make it a bit more special also.
