torque PERSONAL TRAINING

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with clients in a variety of settings—1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training, small group Bootcamp sessions (with up to four participants) in my private studio gym, and online fitness coaching.

 

My clients range in age from 18 to 80, all with a shared goal of improving their health and fitness. Over the years, I’ve also worked with:

  • Clients undergoing rehabilitation

  • Sporting teams, Hockey, Basketball, Tennis...

  • Individuals training for specific goals such as Ironman, Tour of the Tour de France and the Kepler Challenge

As a runner myself for over 20 years, I bring personal insight and practical experience to endurance event preparation—whether you're aiming to complete your first 10km or train for a full marathon.

Personal Training sessions are held in a private studio environment, offering you a focused and confidential space to train effectively.

As your Personal Trainer, I ensure that you're working at the right intensity for your fitness level, while encouraging and supporting you to reach your goals.

 

You’ll be guided with attention to correct posture, breathing, and technique, and supported through exercises that are meaningful, functional, and specifically tailored to your individual needs.

 

It’s not just about doing an exercise—it's about doing the right exercise, in the right way, to get real results.

as well as in the STUDIO GYM sessions can be undertaken in many ways :

  • via skype / zoom / facetime

  • at a park

  • your home

  • or add on studio bootcamp, or reformer pilates
