Who are the classes for?
Our classes welcome all ages, abilities, and fitness levels—men and women alike!
Class Descriptions:

Pilates Induction
New to Reformer Pilates? You must attend this induction for health and safety. Even if you’ve done Mat Pilates before, induction is required. (See FAQ for details.)

Pilates Principles
Suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to those refining their skills. Learn the foundational principles of Pilates Reformer in a supportive environment.
Pilates Rehab / Mindful Movement
A slower-paced class ideal for injury recovery or technique improvement. Pilates was originally designed for rehabilitation, making this class supportive and healing.

Flow & Flexibility
This class focuses on flexibility through stretching, breathing, and alignment to help you move with ease. It is designed to restore balance, increase your range of motion, and bring a sense of peace to the body.
Pilates Open
This is an advanced-level class for experienced practitioners. Mastery of spring selection is essential, as each movement demands optimal resistance. With expert guidance, you’ll be safely pushed to your limits—challenging your strength, control, and technique—to elevate your Pilates practice to its highest level.
