which CLASS WILL SUIT ME?

​

  • REFORMER PILATES classes maximum 4 participants,  45 minutes of awesomeness (studio opens 5 minutes before start time)

  • PILATES INDUCTION Never been to Reformer Pilates MUST ATTEND ONCE, see FAQ.  If you have done MAT pilates you must still complete an INDUCTION for health & safety.

  • PILATES PRINCIPLES  New to Reformer Pilates or still honing your skill this is for you as you'll learn the Principles of Pilates.  Everyone can attend this class. 

  • PILATES REHAB / OVER 65 This class is suitable for you if you are after a slower pace or are recovering from an injury or keen to improve your technique. Pilates was originally created for rehabilitation so this class also is great for clients needing this assistance. 

  • PILATES OPEN An advanced class which will give you the tools to challenge yourself as much as you want for the day. 

  • PT Private Training Pilates or Personal Training Weights & body weight session, PT sessions run to 50/55 minutes or 25 minutes

  • BOOTCAMP Small Classes of 4; weights & bodyweight session not Pilates

  • Class times are flexible or changeable to a PT session, open or beginner. Some classes may change when I see what I need more or less of 💙
