what is REFORMER PILATES?
Joseph Pilates invented the Reformer in the early 20th century. While interned on the Isle of Man during World War I, he attached bed springs to hospital bed frames. This allowed bedridden patients to exercise using resistance. He later patented his design in the United States as the "Universal Reformer"
