Home Page Guide

When you log in on desktop, your home screen looks like this:

We do suggest you use the app for everyday bookings and the links to download this are at the bottom of this page.

 

Top Menu

Across the top of the page, you’ll find these options:

  • MY PROFILE – view and update your details.

  • MY SCHEDULE – check your upcoming bookings.

  • BOOK NOW – book a class.

  • STORE – purchase a package or membership.

  • REWARDS – track your points (50 points = 1 free class).

 

Class Filters

  • Use the second row of buttons to filter classes: e.g., All Classes, Induction, Principles, etc.

  • The square boxes show how many classes of each type are available.

 

Calendar View

  • Choose how to view classes: by date, day, week, or month.

  • On the right-hand side, switch between list view or calendar view

Making a Booking

  1. Buy a Membership or Package first

    • Go to the Store to purchase a package or membership.

    • You’ll need a debit/credit card, OR you can pre-load credit onto your account (see below).

    • If you prefer to pay me directly, please get in touch.

  2. Book your class

    • Head to the Schedule and choose a class.

    • If you’re brand new to reformer pilates, please book an Induction Class (see class descriptions).

  3. Repeat weekly bookings

    • If you’d like the same class every week at the same time, click the ↩️ arrow beside “Book” to set this up.

  4. Waitlists

    • If you see Waitlist, the class is full.

    • You can join the waitlist—if a spot opens, you’ll be added automatically.

    • You won’t be charged unless you get into the class. (See FAQ for conditions.)

 

Making a Payment (if you owe money or want to add credit)

⚠️ Important: If your card is declined, a dishonour fee of up to $5.00 may apply.

You can either:

  • Pay off an amount you owe, OR

  • Add credit to your account instead of leaving card details saved.

 

On Desktop (Wellness Living)

  1. Log in at your Wellness Living page.

  2. Go to My Profile → Billing.

  3. Choose to:

    • Pay your current balance, OR

    • Enter a new amount to add credit.

  4. Enter payment details → the money will go towards what you owe, or sit as credit for future use.

 

On the App (Achieve)

  1. Open the Achieve App and sign in.

  2. Tap My Profile → Billing.

  3. Under Current Balance, tap Make a Payment (blue writing).

  4. Choose to:

    • Pay the balance shown, OR

    • Enter a new amount to add credit.

  5. Enter payment details → the money will go towards what you owe, or sit as credit for future use.
