  • PILATES REHAB / OVER 65  This class is suitable for you if you are after a slower pace or are recovering from an injury or keen to improve your technique. Pilates was originally created for rehabilitation so this class also is great for clients needing this assistance.

  • PILATES OPEN An advanced class which will give you the tools to challenge yourself as much as you want for the day.

In 2014 I studied with Studio Pilates - Mat Pilates before continuing my training to become a Reformer Pilates Instructor.

Being a Personal Trainer gave me a strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise principles which was a great base for my Reformer Pilates.

It's great to see many Morrinsville clients loving the Reformer - TRY it out for yourself with the 2 classes for $30 TRY ME PACK!

what is REFORMER PILATES?

The Pilates reformer is one of the original types of equipment invented by Joseph Pilates when he was working at a hospital during the First World War. He originally made the reformer from a bed frame and springs to help patients strengthen their muscles.

"In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, In 20 you will see the difference and In 30 you’ll be on your way to a whole new body" - Joseph Hubertus Pilates

Reformer Pilates develops a strong core by supporting and

strengthening the muscles of the:

Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principals and movements of mat Pilates with a Reformer machine.

This machine contains a:
