torque REFORMER PILATES
Small Group, Personalised Experience
With smaller groups of just four participants, we offer a truly personalised experience. We take the time to get to know each client individually—understanding your goals, workout level, and capabilities—so every session supports your progress.
At Torque Fitness, we teach Dynamic Pilates Reformer classes, which are inspired by the traditional (Classical) Pilates method but with a more contemporary, athletic approach.
Dynamic Pilates blends these principles with strength-based movements to create a more powerful full-body workout.
