WHAT DO I GET WITH ONLINE + FOOD DIARY PLAN? For this you get: 1.  A food diary form + Check Sheet will be sent to you which you email back & this will be reviewed with food suggestions / changes, hydration & fitness prompts.  It is my belief that a meal plan is a short term solution and to make real change we need to adjust our current lifestyle to a more nutritious one with fitness.   IF YOU'D LIKE A PHONE CONSULT for 15 minutes - this is also available in the shop to purchase. 2.  You will be invited to join my Online Facebook page which contains workout based on bodyweight or dumbbell exercises for all levels.  Invites and Food diary + Check sheet PDF will be sent on payment. ​

HOW DO I PURCHASE THE ONLINE + FOOD DIARY PLAN? Purchase through the Wellness Living Booking software by clicking on the book now button, select ONLINE + Nutrition. You will then be sent a receipt and further instructions. You are welcome to email me for further detail.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?  Membership to #torque FITNESS online + Nutrition review costs $15 PER WEEK, paid weekly x 4 = $60, If you would like a phone consultation please select this add on option $15 for 15 minutes

RULES ON CALLING YOURSELF A DIETICIAN OR REGISTERED NUTRITIONIST? Please be aware that New Zealand has strict rules regarding the titles of Dietician & Registered Nutritionist.   ​ Dietitian – The term dietitian is a protected term. A dietitian is a registered health professional who meets standards required by the Dietitians Board and has both an undergraduate science degree in human nutrition and a post-graduate qualification in dietetics.   Nutritionist – The term nutritionist is not a protected term. I AM A NUTRITIONIST, there is no specific qualification or statutory legislation that regulates that profession and therefore the title can be used freely by anyone. This could range from someone with a PHD in a specialty area of nutrition to someone with no formal training. The Nutrition Society has a programme for registration of nutritionists where a set criteria must be met to achieve registration status.

WHAT IS #torque FITNESS online? It is a PRIVATE GROUP page which offers pre-recorded workouts through a facebook platform and added to this is a Food Diary review

WHEN ARE THE WORKOUTS ON? The workouts are stored on the facebook platform and you can pick and choose as currently there are no LIVE options

WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS ARE ON #torque FITNESS online? All workouts are with me - Tracey who owns #torque FITNESS online. I've been working as a Personal Trainer for 15 years. More information on the type of workouts can be found under the workout tab on this website, along with an example of a workout.   ​

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PARTICULAR WORKOUT?  Unfortunately Facebook changed it's storage settings so currently you will need to scroll throught the workouts to find Saturday workouts are with dumbbells and Tuesday / Thursday workouts are bodyweight or homemade weights

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?  Your membership to the ONLINE platform + food diary review starts from the Monday closest to your payment and continues for 4 weeks. At the end of the 4 weeks it is your decision to continue as this plan has an auto-renew feature so you will need to cancel.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating in ANY TORQUE FITNESS REFORMER CLASS OR PERSONAL TRAINING OR BOOTCAMP OR ONLINE SESSSION or in discussions between us and you, or generally among TORQUE FITNESS PARTICIPANTS, you expressly acknowledge and accept thatI declare that you are over 18 years of age (or have otherwise provided parental consent) and acknowledge and understand that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the classes and activities offered by: a. Tracey Tordoff, principal of TORQUE FITNESS NZ is a qualified personal trainer, reformer instructor however she is not a registered nutritionist or neither a medical practitioner, and does not hold out herself or any other person participating in TORQUE FITNESS NZ to have qualifications in any of these areas.  While some general guidance or discussion may from time to time be provided within TORQUE FITNESS NZ forums on topics touching on these areas, you accept that Tracey Tordoff, TORQUE FITNESS NZ employees, contractors and other members are not purporting to provide professional services or advice in any of these areas. TORQUE FITNESS NZ does not purport to endorse the comments or advice of other members or its accuracy or completeness. Professional advice should be sought where necessary, in particular if you have special dietary needs, physical disabilities or health conditions. b. The fitness workouts/classes provided by TORQUE FITNESS NZ follow a variety of formats. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a sufficient degree of fitness and physical capability to participate in this exercise format, and/or to seek professional advice from a medical professional if you are unsure. c. If you are pregnant or at postpartum stage you are participating in TORQUE FITNESS NZ fitness workouts/classes at your own risk. It is recommended that such attendee’s should seek professional medical advice and exercise clearance before participating in TORQUE FITNESS NZ workouts / classes, including pregnancy specific fitness workouts / classes. While some general guidance or discussion may be provided in pregnancy workouts/classes, you accept that Tracey Tordoff, TORQUE FITNESS NZ employees or contractors, and other members are not purporting to provide professional services or advice in any of these areas. TORQUE FITNESS NZ does not purport to endorse the comments or advice of other members or its accuracy or completeness. Professional advice should be sought where necessary, particularly if you are pregnant or postpartum. d. TORQUE FITNESS NZ does not provide any warranties or guarantees as to any specific result from participation in the workout/class sessions. e. I acknowledge and agree that Torque Fitness NZ classes are physical activity - they are strenuous and there is a risk of injury including, but not limited to stretches, lifts, use of props, use of reformer machines, gymnastic movements, strenuous bodyweight exercises and other strenuous activities that I am not obliged to perform, nor am I obliged to participate in any activity that I do not wish to do, and that it is my right to refuse such participation at any time during classes. I understand that there are inherent risks in all aspects of physical exercise and I acknowledge that I have been informed of the possible strenuous nature of training. I agree that prior to my participation I will inform Torque Fitness NZ of any known medical conditions or factors that may place me at risk. Torque Fitness NZ may request a medical release from my medical practitioner prior to participation. I will inform Torque Fitness NZ of any symptoms before, during and after participation in a class/session. I have been made aware of Torque Fitness NZ Health & Safety policy and will follow all instruction to ensure my safety & the safety of others in the Studio. f. TORQUE FITNESS NZ shall not be legally responsible for or bear any legal liability for any harm or injury suffered by any participant as a result of their participation in TORQUE FITNESS NZ fitness workouts/classes, and shall not accept any claim for compensation or reimbursement of medical costs associated with this. g. To the extent any other legal claim is otherwise permitted by law and is established against us, our total liability in respect of all claims in connection with any services provided by TORQUE FITNESS NZ shall be limited to the total sum of any membership/casual fees paid by you that relate to the cause of action established. h. I understand that from time to time, Torque Fitness NZ and/or its employees or contractors may film or photograph the classes, activities or services provided by Torque Fitness NZ. By signing the waiver, I permit Torque Fitness NZ to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, perform, display and/or otherwise use my name, image, voice and likeness, either complete or in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording, for uses including publicity and/or merchandising and/or editorial purposes in any country in connection with any part of the business of Torque Fitness NZ in any manner and in all forms of media whether now existing or developed in the future. I hereby waive any right to inspect and approve the photographs or videos or the printed/digital/electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, regardless of whether that use is known or unknown. I waive any right to copyright or royalties or other compensation from or related to use of the photography or videos or adaptations thereof.
