HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING? Click Book Now above and register your details. New to the studio? Purchase the DISCOVER US 2 CLASSES FOR $49 OR DISCOVER US PLUS 5 CLASSES FOR $100 package. Existing clients can purchase any class package or membership that is usable for Reformer. Once purchased, simply book into your STRENGTH & FLOW class. Please ensure you read all information on this page, particularly the cancellation policy below.

CAN ATTEND A STRENGTH & FLOW SESSION IF I HAVE AN INJURY? This depends on what injury you have and stage of rehabilitation. Generally you want to seek medical advice and clearance before exercising. Please discuss this with Tracey via email or in person before booking.

DO YOU ASSIST WITH NUTRITION? Unfortunately there is not enough time to assist with this in this class. However you are welcome to sign up to the NUTRITIONAL COACHING service I offer, see the tab above to find out more.

HOW MANY SESSIONS IS THE STRENGTH & FLOW A WEEK? There are classes daily per week and you can book as many as you like. Or you may wish to add a Private Personal Training Session or a Reformer Pilates class. Reformer can also be paid with the DISCOVER US TRIAL if your new or if your a current client you may use any package or membership..

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR & BRING? Please bring a water bottle and sweat towel, and wear clean trainers. Pilates socks or bare feet are welcome for the finishing flow. We also recommend having a light meal or snack beforehand—exercising on an empty stomach can cause blood sugar levels to drop quickly, leaving you feeling faint. All other equipment is provided in the studio, and we have a bathroom available for your convenience.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS? Strength & FLOW takes place Monday to Thursday, while our Pilates Reformer studio operates 6 days a week. The studio does remain open in January, we only close for a short break between Christmas and New Year to allow everyone a chance to recharge.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE? Buy our Trial DISCOVER US 2 CLASSES FOR $49 OR DISCOVER US PLUS 5 CLASSES FOR $100 on our schedule. Memberships (weekly) or packages (paid in full, 2-4‑month expiry) start from $19/week. Memberships include flexible holds, and credits can be used any way you like — not limited to one class per week.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT GET SICK, OR GET COVID? We have a 12hr cancellation policy. You will be sent an email reminder with the latest time you can cancel to receive your credit back into your account.

HOW DO I CANCEL A SESSION?  Via the app or the desktop Wellness Living Program.

I'M PREGNANT CAN I STILL ATTEND SESSIONS? You sure can.  I have worked with Midwives in the past during clients pregnancy and postnatal if returning soon after birth.  This is to keep you supported and safe as the body changes.  It is important to remain active during pregnancy. However if during the Strength HIIT you decide the pregnancy is making it too difficult, I will offer a credit to your account to access in the future for the remaining classes.

WHEN CAN I GET BACK INTO SESSIONS POST BABY? I ask that you wait until at least 6 weeks after you have given birth.  If you want to come back earlier, I request clearance from your medical practitioner.  If you birthed via C-section a 12 week wait is required.  I trained to work alongside Physiotherapists and Obstetricians if there are any post-natal issues.

PRE/POST NATAL - CAN I BRING MY BABY? Feel free to ask—sometimes it’s possible, sometimes not. Over the years, I’ve had clients bring their babies along who’ve now grown into teenagers while training with me!

Fancy a team bonding experience that covers exercise too?   I can cater to all corporate groups and levels of fitness.  Email me to discuss my corporate rates.
