The focus of Reformer workouts is to make sure you are evenly displaced whilst creating full body alignment, flexibility, strength, and mobility throughout the entire body.

You should wear comfortable active workout wear, note that you don’t wear shoes in Reformer and you can wear regular socks but if you are coming regularly we recommend investing in some grip socks! (These can be purchased from me).

It’s best to complete an induction class first to learn about the reformer before progressing onto a beginner class. An OPEN class is for those who’ve been doing reformer pilates for a while. These classes require knowledge of the reformer and an ability to perform more difficult exercises or repetitions.
