šŸŽ‚šŸøMy birthday is about to roll around.

šŸŽ‚šŸøDo I eat CAKE & celebrate with a MARGARITA - I sure do!


šŸ˜Am I worried about age NO. I celebrate that I am fitter than I was at 20 & 30 and like my clients - it is awesome to be fit & healthy.


šŸ˜Do you CELEBRATE with being in a HEALTHIER position than the year before?


😩Do I feel guilty? For the cake & margarita?

😩Do I start my diet tomorrow or MONDAY?

😩Do I eat cake & drink MARGARITAS all the time?

ā€¼ļøNO


šŸ˜Because I eat a balanced nutritional diet & don’t drink frequently - I don’t diet!


šŸ˜I eat what I want when I want. HOWEVER…I eat predominantly from whole foods choices which I love!


šŸ˜Am I happy - YES

šŸ˜Do I miss processed foods, chips, biscuits, cake, creamy sauces, sugary drinks etc

ā€¼ļøNO NEVER.


ā¤ļøI’m super LUCKY as I was given The Beauty Chef - Carla Oates - book by my daughter for CHRISTMAS šŸŽ…šŸ»ā¤ļø& it’s such an amazing read! In the link Carla talks about how food has a big role to play in our gut health ….


ā€¼ļøOur gut is where 70 per cent of our immune system lies, where we metabolise hormones, make nutrients that contribute to collagen formation, make antioxidants, make detoxifying enzymes, and neutralise pathogens – and all of these things can profoundly affect the skin.



ā€¼ļøIf you can’t buy it then borrow it - it’s a fabulous read about our GUT - and healing from within.
