🐶Workout with JEN & she doesn’t LICK ME šŸ‘…like Thursday (see video yesterday) I got the giggles. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚Details of workout below.

šŸ‘ŸI thought I’d share this post about different ways to do up your laces. I’m grateful a physio I met at a hockey tournament taught me how to do up laces so they never undo & you don’t tie a double knot. They undo just as normal. Tabata workout - if you don’t want to to tabata use the numbers in the brackets

I changed the 1 min to from 30-60 seconds

ā™¦ļø30-60 seconds high knees (50)

šŸ”¹1st tabata squat jumps (25)

šŸ”¹2nd tabata knees to elbows (20)

ā™¦ļø 30-60 seconds press ups (25)

šŸ”¹1st tabata step forward & back to centre lunge (50)

šŸ”¹2nd tabata rainbow ab jumps (20)

ā™¦ļø 30-60 seconds bum kicks (50)

šŸ”¹1st tabata frog jumps (25)

šŸ”¹2nd tabata Bulgarian split squat (20 each leg)

ā™¦ļø 30-60 seconds burpees (20)
