So many crazy diets out there 🙆🏼‍♀️I’ve mentioned them before but they do my head in 🙆🏼‍♀️


🤦‍♀️Drink this shake, take this detox tea, just eat soup, just eat raw food, even gluten free & no dairy is a diet for some!!!


🙅🏼‍♀️Looking for the quick fix which becomes an income earner for the seller of the diet. And all you get is a feel good for a few weeks before you slip back to old ways & have paid for this feeling of failure.


🙋🏼‍♀️So stop the cycle of dieting - I loath that word ❗️- and find the way to live a life! Enjoy real food - don’t be restricted to never eating sugar again or a takeaway or a drink.


🙆🏼‍♀️And don’t believe that hours & hours of exercise will make all the difference. Yes it will improve your health. Yes it will build muscle & yes it can help with weight loss. FITNESS brings so many benefits but it’s not the weight loss nirvana! There are other factors!


💚INSTEAD enjoy what you eat & don’t starve yourself & have a great balanced lifestyle that you can keep doing. If you want to learn more MESSAGE ME!
