Finding balance in our lives with:

🔹Family & Work time

🔹Fitness & relaxation

🔹Nourishing foods & foods that don't but we enjoy

🔹Hydration & Alcohol

It can be hard to find harmony as work takes up the time we had during isolation along with activities such as school & sport with families.


🔹During isolation we found time for more fitness, for some more nourishing foods but others more baking & most had more family time.


🔹How have you found a balance now that work & family commitments have been reintroduced into your life?


🔹Finding time to exercise may mean an earlier start to the day or later finish but it can also assist with sleep as we also discussed in the gym this week.


🔹Less Alcohol & less device time also aids better sleep. If you have trouble sleeping these could be a place to start.



🔹We have started a press up challenge for June - 5-10 press ups as many days a week as you can & you may like to join us.


🥶Enjoy the first weekend of winter. I think it’s meant to be cold and not looking like double digits where I live. But you can always;

🧤 WEAR GLOVES

🧢 A HAT

👖LONG PANTS

🧥AN EXTRA JACKET and get outside for exercise.

💕Sometimes the cold brings beauty. Have a great weekend.
