👬It can be hard to find harmony between work, family, me time & friends. With all placing demands on your time.

🔹Finding time to exercise may mean an earlier start to the day or later finish but it can also assist with sleeping well.

💬It sometimes gives you a chance to clear your head and can be meditative.

🔹Less Alcohol & less device time also aids better sleep. If you have trouble sleeping these could be a place to start.

🧐🧐🧐hope the press ups are going well. Remember it’s 5-10 press ups as many days a week as you can & you may like to join in

Starting today.

💕Sometimes the as it gets cooler and darker as Daylight reduces consider a different beauty it brings.
