& I feel incredibly GRATEFUL that I love ❤️ what I do & everyone I see inspires me with their determination & courage to try & the impact being fitter has on their lives is incredible!

😎It's always worth the sweat!

❤️I also feel very lucky & for the friendships I make through sharing my knowledge.. Thank you!

🙏🏻Attitude of Gratitude - Sometimes we are busy chasing all the things we haven't got that we forget to notice what we already have especially our health which we sometimes take for granted & set realistic expectations -

Like the quote I shared earlier in the week.

❤️Look back and be grateful.

❤️Look ahead and be hopeful.

❤️Look around and be helpful.

Also take into account this month:

🍹Be picky with drinks - Many alcoholic drinks have lots of sugar & empty calories. Where possible choose clear spirits with mineral water or tap water. Instead of rich creamy cocktails & soft drinks.

❣️I often say those who are attending parties have no idea that one of the plans for the party we had didn't happen they are just happy with what they got. Don't put extra pressure on yourself having expectations that in reality are just too hard to achieve.

👩‍👩‍👧‍👧👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👩‍👩‍👧Simply enjoy family & friend time.
